Terms of Service

Appointments and Booking

Appointments are scheduled through our third-party booking provider, Square. When you book, you agree to provide accurate information and to arrive on time for your scheduled service.

Cancellations and No-Shows

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before the beginning of your appointment.

• There will be a $45 charge for first-time no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment.
• After the first occurrence, a 50% charge will apply (whichever is higher).
• The owner reserves the right to request a $50 deposit for new clients.
• If you are 10 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled and will be marked as a no-show.

Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed securely through Square. Services rendered are generally non-refundable. If you have concerns about a service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can make it right.

Health and Safety

Please inform us of any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions before your treatment. You are responsible for disclosing relevant health information so we can provide services safely.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skin and Lashes by Monika is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our website or services. Results from beauty treatments may vary by individual.
